Rene and Ina play tropical gypsy
music. Rene has been a musician in the local tourist town for many
years. He opened The Circus Club, the first club on the lake to
feature live music. One day Ina walked into the club and played
a Flamenco, and they have been together ever since. The fire of
their union is clear in every note that they play together. They
are currently touring in Europe and we expect them back in December.
Their CD, Rumba Clandestina, is a Rumbero´s dream.
The music is a mixture of Flamenco, Rumba, Salsa, and jazz, sometimes
all at once. All of the fire of the live performances is here. Most
of the pieces are guitar instrumentals, with Ina singing on the
others.

Rene y Ina tocan musica gitana tropical.
Rene ha estado tocando en Panajachel, el centro turistico del lago,
por muchos años. El abrio el Circus Bar, el primer club en el lago
que ofrecio musica en vivo. Un dia Ina entro al club, toco un flamenco,
y lo demas es historia. El fuego de su union es claro en cada nota
que tocan juntos. Estan de gira en europa y los esperamos en Diciembre.
Su disco, Rumba Clandestina, es un sueño para rumberos.
La musica es una mescla de Flamenco, Rumba, Salsa, Jazz y mas, a
veces todo a la misma vez. Todo el fuego de sus conciertos en vivo
esta capturado aqui. La mayoria de las piezas son instrumentales,
y Ina canta los demas.
